Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

• • By registering for Scent Masters Dubai (the “Event”), you (the “Attendee”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).  These Terms govern your participation in the Event and your use of all related materials and services.

2. Registration and Payment

• • Registration for the Event is required for all attendees.
  • Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Technologies, the Event organizer, reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual.

3. Badge and Access

• • All attendees will receive a badge upon registration. This badge grants access to the Event and must be worn visibly at all times.
  • Sharing or transferring badges is strictly prohibited.
  • Technologies reserves the right to deny access to the Event to anyone without a valid badge or who violates these Terms.

4. Event Conduct

• • Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during the Event.
  • Disruptive behavior, including harassment, violence, or intoxication, will not be tolerated.
  • Technologies reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event for violating these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• • All intellectual property rights associated with the Event, including presentations, materials, and logos, are the property of Technologies or its licensors.
  • Attendees are not permitted to record, copy, or distribute any Event materials without prior written consent from Technologies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• • Technologies make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Event or any related materials or services.
  • Technologies will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the Event, including personal injury, property damage, or lost business opportunities.

7. Indemnification

• • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Event.

8. Amendments and Cancellations

• • Technologies reserves the right to amend the program, schedule, speakers, or other aspects of the Event at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Technologies reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event. If the Event is canceled, a full refund of registration fees will be issued.

9. Governing Law

• • These Terms will be governed by and construed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Entire Agreement

• • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Technologies concerning the Event and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

11. Severability

• • If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. No Waiver

• • No waiver by Technologies of any breach of these Terms will be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

13. Force Majeure

• • Technologies shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or natural disasters.
